The Investment Banking / Capital Markets business is looking for a Senior Associate for Marketing Operations to support marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on event & hospitality and email marketing strategy and analytics. The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the NY-based Investment Banking Marketing Team.


The successful candidate will support the Investment Banking Marketing team to enhance the frequency and depth of engagement with C-suite and Board members of clients, measure the impact of new initiatives, as well as optimize operational processes. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with experience managing campaigns, working with data, and coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment. The position provides an opportunity to participate in key strategic projects for the division and learn from senior executives. High performers may be eligible for internal mobility opportunities globally.


You will: (Key Responsibilities)


Event & Hospitality


  • Manage and maintain the hospitality calendar, including tracking event access, ticketing, and inventory
  • Coordinate banker outreach, client nominations, allocations, and RSVP tracking for client events
  • Monitor and respond to inbound event and hospitality requests via shared mailboxes
  • Prepare pre‑event materials (e.g., attendee lists, briefing documents)
  • Track post‑event attendance and client engagement; support recap decks and performance summaries

Email Marketing & Analytics


  • Support scalable email campaigns across Investment Banking / Capital Markets, including list management and execution
  • Maintain and segment a large contact database
  • Execute and support email distributions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Build recurring reports to inform ongoing improvements and best practices

You have: (must-have skills and qualifications)


  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (marketing, finance, commerce, economics or data analytics)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing operations, campaign management, analytics, media, events, and/or a related role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (data organization, tracking, basic analysis) and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and senior management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and summaries
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Background in financial services, investment banking, or professional services is a plus
  • Interest in evolving beyond execution into more strategic marketing initiatives over time
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and motivation to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly grasp key concepts and take ownership of deliverables
  • Enthusiast of GenAI tools, with a focus on integrating them seamlessly into existing workflows
