Prepare and verify daily maintenance activities.Perform financial maintenance activities by ensuring adherence of delegation matrixHighlight exceptions or deviations to TL and ensure resolutionTracking and reprocessing of the rejected transactions.Perform redemption of loyalty points
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for timely processing of Card maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that the daily maintenance activities are carried out in line with the laid down policies and procedures.
  • The following activities are processed within the established turnaround time :
  • Card Cancellations
  • Address Change
  • Card Renewals.
  • Card Replacements
  • Auto Payment Instructions
  • Loyalty redemption
  • Re-ageing etc..
  • Ensure strict adherence to the delegation matrix.
  • Ensure necessary approvals are in place before processing any requests.
  • Responsible for consistently meeting the service standards and indicators for the Unit.
  • Assist in managing and fulfilling maintenance related projects / assignments.
  • Perform any other duties / responsibilities that are consistent with the employee role and assigned by the management.
  • Demonstrate sprit of team work and effort.
  • Strive to deliver superior service to meet and exceed card member's expectations.

Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of general banking with good experience in credit / debit card post-issuance activities.
  • 3-5 years of cards domain/multi-discipline banking experience.
  • Excellent communication skills(both written & verbal),Good analytical thinking/interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge on MS Office tools,MIS reporting and analysis
  • Knowledge on the settlement processing is an added advantage.
