Experience required 3- 6 yrs, preferably in Housing or Hospitality.
RESPONSIBILITIES- PROJECT LEAD (Oversee design development, detailed engineering upto site execution) Effective communication and formal representation to clients & coordination with consultants/subconsultants.
Lead the development of creative and functional designs that align with client needs and firm standards.
Getting prepared, reviewing and issuing GFC drawings on site.
Reviewing tender documents & BOQ’s.
Develop strategic action plans for projects, anticipate challenges, and proactively resolve issues Oversee the progress of multiple projects, track timelines, and ensure that work aligns with design intent and quality standards.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CAD tools knowledge of BIM / REVIT is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
