Log.os Program Governance Specialist – JOB DESCRIPTION 



Reports To: Log.os & CI Manager Department: Log.os GCC 



General Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the governance and global 
coordination of the Log.os Program, Supply Chain Management System. This role will act as the operational backbone of 
the program governance structure, ensuring accurate communication, milestone tracking, and alignment across the 
regions. 
The Log.os Program Governance Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating program activities, maintaining execution 
discipline, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring all regions follow the defined milestones and governance 
cadence of the program. The role requires strong project management capabilities, structured thinking, excellent 
communication skills, and the ability to operate across multiple time zones and stakeholders. 
This position will report to the Log.os & CI Manager within the Global Capability Center (GCC) and will work closely with 
GCOE (Global Center of Excellence) and regional stakeholders. 


Essential Responsibilities: 
Program Governance & Execution Tracking 
Support the governance of the Log.os by ensuring alignment with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables across 
all regions. Maintaining visibility of program progress and track completion of all activities.  Manage Log.os ensuring all key 
governance moments are scheduled and properly coordinated. 



This includes organizing and managing invites and coordination for: 
• Cycle Launch 
• Training sessions 
• Governance meetings 
• Regional alignment sessions 
• Milestone check-ins 
• Program update sessions 
Ensure all governance routines occur on schedule and that stakeholders are properly prepared and all activities follow the 
established governance cadence and escalate risks or delays when needed. 
Maintain structured tracking of pending activities and ensure accountability for deliverables across regions. 
Stakeholder Coordination & Global Communication 
Act as a central coordination point between global leadership and regional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and timely 
communication regarding program updates and milestones. 
Maintain strong communication channels with regional Log.os leads, ensuring alignment and progress visibility across all 
markets. 
Prepare and distribute program communications including: 
• program updates 
• milestone reminders 
• campaign communications 
• training announcements 
• global updates 
Change Management & Program Adoption 
Support the execution of the Log.os change management strategy by ensuring the program is consistently embedded in 
regional communication routines. 
Ensure Log.os updates and milestones are incorporated into: 
• regional town halls 
• leadership updates 
• transformation communication streams 
Support the creation of program engagement campaigns and initiatives to increase adoption across regions like internal 
communication content and engagement campaigns. 
Agile Cadence & Program Management Support 
Support the program governance framework by helping coordinate Agile routines when applicable including: 
• sprint updates 
• backlog visibility 
• milestone planning 
• initiative tracking 
Ensure proper documentation and organization of program activities within governance tools and collaboration platforms. 
Continuous Improvement (Preferred) 
Experience with PDCA and basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles to support structured problem solving, process 
standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Exposure to root cause analysis and KPI-driven performance 
management is a plus. 



Qualifications and requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in: 
• Business Administration 
• Supply Chain 
• Engineering 
• Project Management 
• Operations Management 
or related fields. 
3–6 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: 
• Program management 
• PMO 
• Project coordination 
• Business operations 
• Transformation programs 
• Consulting 
Experience in global organizations or shared service environments is strongly preferred. 



Technical Skills (Hard Skills) 
Strong Project Management fundamentals 
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Agile ceremonies) 
Experience managing: 
• project timelines 
• milestone tracking 
• program calendars 
Experience preparing executive presentations and communication materials 
Strong proficiency in: 
• PowerPoint 
• Excel 
• collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) 
Experience with program management tools is a plus. 
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)
