Senior Analog Design Engineer

Responsible for end-to-end of function of IP design and entire life cycle of IP/IC, the candidate is expected to do following functions.

• Work with System Architect, Marketing and cross functional teams to clearly define the IP Specification related in one or more domains like Clocking/Data Converter/Power/Serial interface.
• Conduct the feasibility analysis through different mathematical modelling ways. 
• Bench marking of the solution to ensure beating the competition one or more critical parameters
• Circuit Design, Simulation, Quality, Maintaining timelines, Assisting the layout designer with all the valid requirements, post layout simulations and do all the required analysis and simulation to ensure the IP meets specifications at SOC level accounting all the factors.
• Create the all the documentation during concept, planning, design and tapeout, post silicon and customer support, as needed by compliance or requirement.
• Conducts the timely reviews at the design milestones documenting all the results, analysis and conclusions
• Support/Drive the post silicon validation activities ensuring the IP/IC is fully validated with highest quality. Do the RCA of any issues and support with design solutions.
• Mentor the junior members of the team and drive the high performance culture based on innovations, commitment and professional behavior.
• Work with cross functional teams across the organization with professional communication and presentation skills.
