Pioneering massively parallel data-intensive analytic processing, our mission is to develop a whole new approach to generating meaning and value from petabyte-scale data sets and shape brand new methodologies, tools, statistical methods, and models. What’s more, we are in collaboration with leading academics, industry experts, and highly skilled engineers to equip our customers to generate sophisticated new insights from the biggest of big data.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Senior Advisor, you will design, implement, and operate pipelines and policies that harden data platforms and improve reliability. You will enhance observability, maintain baselines and policies, and drive continuous improvement across logging, alerting, and response. You will collaborate closely with engineering peers and business teams to balance protection, performance, and user experience.

Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Advisor on our Data Engineering team in Bangalore

Responsibilities:

  • Agentic Development & AI Integration: Build and maintain data pipelines that support Agentic AI systems, ensuring LLM agents have seamless, low-latency access to structured knowledge bases and vector stores.
  • Data Integration & Automation: Architect robust ETL/ELT processes and orchestrate complex workflows using Airflow, integrating real-time streaming (Kafka) and big data frameworks (Spark).
  • Collaboration & Technical Leadership: Act as a bridge between data engineering, data science, and AI teams. Mentor junior engineers and champion modern engineering best practices.
  • Performance Tuning: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in heavy Spark jobs, distributed databases, and Graph queries (e.g., Sparql), ensuring continuous optimization.
