We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with strong experience in automotive security and hands-on exposure to ISO/SAE 21434. The role involves executing cybersecurity lifecycle activities, developing required work products, and ensuring compliance with automotive cybersecurity regulations.


Key ResponsibilitiesISO 21434 Lifecycle Activities
  • Execute cybersecurity activities across Concept, Development, and Production phases
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 21434 processes and guidelines
Cybersecurity Work Products
  • Develop Item Definition, TARA, Cybersecurity Goals, Concept, Requirements, and Case
Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA)
  • Identify assets, threats, vulnerabilities, and attack paths
  • Perform impact and feasibility ratings
  • Define risk treatment strategies
Cybersecurity Requirements Management
  • Derive and allocate requirements across system, hardware, and software
  • Maintain traceability using tools like DOORS or Jira
Security Architecture Support
  • Support secure design for ECU, CAN, Ethernet, and external interfaces
  • Review architecture for security gaps
Verification & Validation
  • Support vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
  • Ensure closure of identified vulnerabilities
Compliance & Audit Support
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 21434 and UNECE WP.29
  • Prepare documentation for audits
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
  • Review supplier cybersecurity work products
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of automotive E/E architecture
  • Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocols
  • Cryptography fundamentals (encryption, authentication, PKI)
  • Experience with TARA methodology and security tools
Standards & Frameworks
  • ISO/SAE 21434 (mandatory)
  • UNECE WP.29 (good to have)
  • ISO 27001, AUTOSAR Security (optional)
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electronics, or Automotive Engineering
