Job Summary:
As a Vice President in Reference Data Product Development within Securities Services, you will spearhead the development of business requirements, functional designs, and solutions aligned with our strategic vision. You will oversee technology implementations, collaborate with internal teams, and manage implementation schedules to ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery. You will engage with senior stakeholders, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage the product backlog to drive the adoption of cutting-edge Reference Data solutions. 


Job Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the development of business requirements, functional designs, and solutions aligned with Securities Services strategic vision
  • Oversee technology implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams across technology, operations, and product to drive strategic initiatives
  • Promote the adoption of innovative Reference Data solutions
  • Define and manage implementation schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant product delivery
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate business needs, risks, and strategic objectives
  • Document user stories and acceptance criteria for feature teams
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely prioritization of user stories

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Experience in financial services product development or reference data-focused roles, with emphasis on business analysis and change management
  • Proven product and program management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects
  • Experience with data lineage concepts and data modeling
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, able to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data analytics capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders and work across global regions and time zones

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


  • Experience in account, settlement, instrument and standing instruction reference data domains, particularly within Securities Services
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment 
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
