You will be part of IGT systems Mobile Surgery. MOS is a leading innovator in image-guided therapy in the Mobile C Arm space.

You are responsible for

• A servant leader, custodian of Agile practices and coach for the Agile Team / Agile Release Train (ART) / Solution Train.

  
  

• Major responsibilities are to facilitate the team / train level events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.

  
  

• Communicate with stakeholders, escalate or remove impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

  
  

• Facilitating and guiding the work of all Teams / Trains and respective suppliers in the value streams.

  
  

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following.

• Experience in managing multiple scrum teams and multiple projects

  
  

• SAFe Agile Scrum Master certification is mandatory

  
  

• Own project delivery, deliverables with right quality, execution/monitoring working with cross function(s)

  
  

• Work closely with cross sub-systems & cross ART teams, playing a leadership role for the overall project/ program to success

  
  

• Works with engineering managers for resource commitments & holds team accountable for quality & timely deliverables

  
  

• Supports team in project planning by defining and estimating work breakdowns including defining of tasks

  
  

• Experience in Strong people management skills with proven experience in implementing software engineering best practice

  
  

• Guiding and coaching the project team in technology as and when applicable
