The Scrum Master supports Agile delivery for Data, Analytics, and AI teams by enabling effective Scrum practices, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data and AI solutions.


As a Scrum Master – Data & AI Office, you will be responsible for:


  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coaching teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, adapted for data and AI delivery
  • Removing impediments and manage dependencies across teams and stakeholders
  • Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint execution
  • Tracking and reporting Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, flow) using Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting Agile maturity and scaling across multiple Data & AI teams

To be successful in this role, you will:


•            Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field


•            Have a min 5 years of overall experience, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile role


•             Have an Experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, or Digital teams using tools like DataBricks and visualization tools like PowerBI, ThoughtSpot or equivalent.


•              Have hands on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent.


•              Have strong Agile and Scrum knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)


•              Have and Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills


•            Have an  understanding of data and AI delivery lifecycle


•              Have and analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset


•             Have a servant leadership and team focused approach


•            Have certifications (Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
