The role is open to candidates from asset‑intensive and manufacturing-driven industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive and Energy.

  • Identify data quality issues, root causes and downstream impacts; proactively recommend remediation and continuous improvement actions.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic transformation environment with evolving scope, priorities and design decisions.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems or equivalent.
  • Industry experience beyond Oil & Gas is strongly encouraged (Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Utilities, Infrastructure).
  • 4–8 years of experience in Material Master Data Management, Data Migration, or Supply Chain Data Readiness roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Material Master data (basic data, MRP, inventory, valuation, classification, BoMs, and planning attributes).
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes including Plan-to-Produce, Source-to-Pay, Inventory Management and Asset Maintenance.
  • Experience working on SAP ERP or SAP S4/HANA programs; exposure to MDG, data migration tools, or data governance frameworks is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to analyse large datasets, identify patterns, and drive data-led decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight transformation timelines.

What This Role Offers

  •  Opportunity to be part of a critical S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation program.
  • Significant exposure to enterprise-scale material master design, governance, and migration.
  • High learning potential with visibility to senior stakeholders and transformation leadership.
