Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD professional to join our team at Hitachi, Ltd. This role involves leveraging SAP Sales and Distribution modules to optimize business processes and support our global operations.
Job Responsibilities
* Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SD solutions, including sales order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and credit management.
* Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective SAP SD solutions.
* Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP SD implementations.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues, including incident resolution and problem management.
* Develop and maintain documentation for SAP SD configurations, processes, and user manuals.
* Participate in cross-functional projects, working with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, PP) and technical teams.
* Stay updated with the latest SAP SD functionalities, best practices, and industry trends to recommend continuous improvements.
* Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP SD functionalities.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module configuration and implementation.
* Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes, including order-to-cash cycle.
* Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP SD implementations.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* SAP SD certification is a plus.
* Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
