A Snapshot of Your Day

You are the single point of contact from the S4E-Unify Template organization for the Roll-out Team per functional area Accounting, Controlling, Business Finance, Treasury and Tax. While the Roll-out team looks after the operational roll-out work in most cases, you provide the Roll-out team with knowledge of the Finance End-to-End processes (modelled in SAP Signavio) as part of the S4E-Unify Template which is based on SAP S/4HANA (Finance). You are highly needed in Fit/Gap workshops.


How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Provide template knowledge on request for high-level prioritisation & planning. Clarify on template content for flawless Roll-out-Enablement Workshop preparation
  • Provide template know-how so that the roll-out team have all required information to prepare and to conduct RoE workshops. Join selected RoE workshops on request of Roll-out-team
  • Evaluate target organization’s specific requirements against template processes. Understand, document and discuss process specialties and critical requirements in Roll-out unit with the Finance capability on Template team side
  • Work out a detailed action plan which shows across areas (Business Requirement Documents, Data migration strategy, Interface design) what needs to be done by when
  • Collaborate with Template team to trigger Enterprise Org structure configurations and WRICEF developments and plan Mock runs with / transfer template readiness back to Roll-out unit
  • Provide template know-how during Acceptance Tests preparation (test documentation & test data). Start the formal engagement with the Key User community. Support Roll-out-team for Cut-over preparations on request
What You Bring
  • Degree in business administration with a focus on Accounting, Controlling, Business Finance, Treasury and Tax and several years of professional experience or comparable qualification
  • 5-7 years of experience leading S/4HANA projects in multiple locations
  • Proven SAP user knowledge in at least two or more of the SAP ECC modules FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, CO, CO-PA, CO-PS or comparable capabilities in S/4HANA Finance such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting & Financial Close, Financial Operations
  • Proficient use of methodologies, techniques as well as applications around agile project management, e.g. Scrum, SAP Solution Manager with Focused Build, MS Office
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Personally, you convince with your initiative, learning ability, motivation, passion, as well as communication and teamwork skills
