Job Summary


Synechron seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves providing technical direction, crafting architecture strategies, and actively engaging in hands-on development activities. The Solution Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders to create innovative Salesforce applications that support organizational objectives, ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Software Requirements


Required Skills:


  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, especially modules related to contracts, CPQ, and contract management


  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification or equivalent


  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows


  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and Copado (preferred), with expertise in build automation and version control
