We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and complex enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities: Manual Testing: Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing of complex Salesforce workflows, including Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Automation Development: Design and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright to improve regression coverage and CI/CD efficiency.
Test Strategy: Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories to create comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases.
Data Validation: Validate data integrity across Salesforce objects and downstream systems (ERP/Data Warehouses) using SOQL and SQL.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs in Jira, working closely with developers and TPMs to ensure timely resolution.
Collaboration: Participate in Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups, providing clear updates on testing progress and blockers.
