The role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Salesforce QA / Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform.
This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, basic Salesforce functional knowledge, and hands-on experience in testing and documentation.
Business Analyst Responsibilities * Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
* Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
* Support UAT coordination and business user communication.
* Assist in solution validation and functional clarification.
QA Responsibilities * Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
* Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
* Validate configurations related to: * Objects & fields * Flows & validations * Reports & dashboards * Log defects, track them, and retest fixes.
* Support UAT cycles and provide post-deployment validation.
What You’ll Bring: * 1–2.
5 years of experience in Salesforce QA / BA role.
* Basic understanding of: * Sales Cloud / Service Cloud * Salesforce data model * Profiles & permission sets * Experience with: * Writing test cases and test execution * Requirement documentation * Jira or similar tracking tools * Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce Administrator Certification (good to have) * Experience working in UAT coordination * Exposure to integrations or API validation (basic level) Soft Skills * Strong attention to detail * Clear communication skills * Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams * Ownership and proactive follow-up
