About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain customised applications on the Salesforce platform. The individual will work closely with technical teams and business analysts to deliver robust, scalable solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce technologies and the ability to work independently in an Agile environment.


What you will do
  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and related technologies.
  • Create technical documentation for user stories, including design documents.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Work with Business Analysts to understand high-level requirements and independently design solutions.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations and applications.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure successful implementation.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and recommend best practices to enhance existing implementations.


Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficient in Salesforce administration and customisation, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and integration technologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Certification Required: Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory).
