As we scale our India operations, we're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our deal execution engine.

What You'll Own Deal Lifecycle Management You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Finance.
From onboarding to disbursement, you'll track every deal milestone, ensure documentation is complete and compliant, and keep the pipeline moving without friction.
Client & External Coordination You'll work directly with client finance and operations teams to collect KYC, financial statements, and trade documents — ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding experience that reflects MODIFI's standards.
Process & Compliance You'll maintain documentation checklists, process trackers, and ensure every deal meets internal credit and policy guidelines before it moves forward.
