This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about field sales, client acquisition, and building strong B2B relationships within the FMCG and automated retail ecosystem.
The role involves identifying potential customers, pitching vending machine solutions, and closing deals while actively contributing to market expansion.
You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of clients and ensuring consistent revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients for vending machine sales across corporate offices, industries, retail spaces, and institutions Drive end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships Understand client requirements and recommend suitable vending machine solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently Work closely with internal teams for installation, service coordination, and customer onboarding Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging demand areas Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility Gather customer feedback and share insights for product and service improvements What Makes You a Great Fit 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Field Marketing roles Strong background in B2B or FMCG sales is highly preferred Prior exposure to vending machines, automated retail, or similar product-based selling is an advantage Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals independently Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-driven mindset with ability to perform in a competitive sales environment Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and on-ground business development activities Good understanding of customer needs and solution-based selling approach Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to adapt quickly and learn product details for effective pitching
