Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated project sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with architects, builders, and clients, conducting market research, overseeing project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, and clients to identify new business opportunities and promote the company's products and services
  • Identify and secure project opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments
  • Drive specification and conversion of Villeroy & Boch products in projects
  • Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and client presentations
  • Conduct product presentations, design discussions, and site visits
  • Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely closures
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide market intelligence
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional growth
  • Coordinate internally with sales, logistics, and support teams for project execution
  • Increase revenue contribution in the premium/luxury segment

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sanitaryware / bath fittings / building materials industry
  • Strong network with architects and developers in West India
  • Good understanding of project sales cycle and specification process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of industry trends and new product developments
  • Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
