About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to drive client outreach across India and the US.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys building scalable outreach processes from the ground up.
Core Skill: AI-Augmented Selling This is not a "nice to have.
" We expect our SDR to be a practitioner of AI-assisted sales workflows for both B2B and B2C.
This means using AI tools to research accounts, generate and personalize outreach at scale, analyze response patterns, and continuously improve pipeline quality thereby reducing manual effort while increasing output and precision.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage outreach and target account lists.
Develop and test personalized messaging templates (email, LinkedIn, etc.
). Track responses, qualify prospects, and manage CRM updates.
Maintain CRM hygiene and support proposal preparation.
Respond to inbound leads and nurture them through early sales stages.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize outreach performance.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to refine prospecting strategies.

2–4 years of SDR or sales operations experience, preferably in a startup.
Proven experience working with US or international clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with new age CRM tools (e.
g., Attio). Knowledge and background of use of AI tools (e.
g., Claude). Strong analytical mindset and ability to execute outreach experiments.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a 0→1 environment.
