Role Overview:


Maintenance Services:


  • Generate Renewal letters from the system and submit the same to customers 2 months in advance
  • Negotiate and convince customers for renewal with a hike in price
  • Create revised proposals and send it to customer
  • Work with service team to rectify service-related issues and follow up until resolution
  • Regular follow up with customers for renewal acceptance and payments
  • Updating KYC details in system
  • Uploading PO’s and acceptance documents in the system
  • Submit invoices to customers and follow up for payment
  • Ensure to receive the payment from customer and work with finance team to clear the transaction

Sales Support Specialist requirement:


  • A bachelor’s or associate degree is must
  • Related field experience is preferrable
  • Experience in administration, high volume office work is advantageous
  • Candidates having call experience is preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kanada, Tamil, Telugu & Bengali languages
