SailPoint Developer / Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technical Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), RSA Aveska, and IAM Operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in application onboarding, access provisioning, role management, RBAC implementation, policy administration, workflow development, and user access governance within enterprise environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSailPoint IdentityIQ Development
- Develop and support IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Perform application onboarding for various application types including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- JDBC
- Delimited File Applications
- Configure and customize SailPoint connectors and integrations.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint rules such as:
- Customization Rules
- Creation Rules
- Correlation Rules
- Build Map Rules
- Create and manage application provisioning policies.
- Develop custom tasks and automation solutions within SailPoint.
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Create and manage:
- Business Roles
- IT Roles
- Organizational Roles
- Functional Roles
- Configure monitoring, assigning, and detection roles.
- Manage entitlement structures and access governance controls.
- Create and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and compliance controls.
Certifications & Compliance
- Execute and manage:
- Application Owner Certifications
- Targeted Certifications
- Support audit and compliance initiatives through user access reviews and reporting.
- Participate in SoD refresh activities and policy updates.
User Lifecycle Management
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Support workflows for:
- User onboarding
- Department transfers
- User deactivation
- Dormant account management
- Access removal processes
- Manage access provisioning and deprovisioning requests.
IAM Operations & Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for IAM applications and services.
- Troubleshoot provisioning failures and application integration issues.
- Monitor IAM systems and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Handle service requests and incidents through ServiceNow.
- Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis for technical issues.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate and maintain:
- User Access Reports
- Role Detail Reports
- Revocation Reports
- Utilize SailPoint Advanced Analytics for reporting and population management.
- Create and manage workgroups and populations.
DevOps & Release Management
- Manage source code using Git and Bitbucket.
- Deploy SailPoint changes through Bamboo pipelines.
- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Track development tasks, defects, and releases using Jira and Confluence.

- Strong understanding of access governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Experience Required
- 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and support.
- Experience with IAM operations, application onboarding, access certifications, and RBAC implementation.
