Job Description

As a result of continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RPA Developer to join our team This role is ideal for an action-oriented developer who will design, build, test and deploy automation solutions using Automation Anywhere, while previous experience with Blue Prism or UiPath is considered a strong advantage.


You’ll work across the full automation lifecycle, from initial assessment, PDD, SDD creation, development, followed by UAT and finally Hypercare and Go-Live. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, process SMEs, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality automations, ensuring stability and focus on continuously evolving our Robotic Process Automation capabilities.


The role requires you to have the ability to communicate clearly, attention to detail, be passionate about automation with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.


  • You’ll participate in process discovery with SMEs to capture business requirements (PDD), design solution documents (SDD), and identify optimisation opportunities to maximise automation value and ROI.
  • You’ll design and develop high‑quality, scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, ensuring adherence to best‑practice development standards.
  • You’ll conduct unit testing, support UAT, perform peer code reviews, and manage smoke testing, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
  • You’ll provide ongoing production support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving automation issues, and maintaining all RPA documentation, artefacts, and controls to excellence standards.
  • You’ll demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, balancing stakeholders and workload effectively while continuously optimising work processes and RPA best practices in line with Group Values (Authentic, Bold, and Collaborative).

Qualifications
  • You hold a graduate degree, preferably in an IT‑related discipline, with RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism) considered an advantage.
  • You bring 4–5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands‑on RPA development experience, with mandatory expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 (bots, tasks, runners, and Control Room features).
  • You have proven experience designing enterprise‑level, end‑to‑end automation solutions, with strong knowledge of reusable components, error handling, logging, credential vaults, scheduling, and Agile delivery practices.
  • You are technically proficient with APIs (REST/SOAP), OCR and Intelligent Document Processing, and have working knowledge of SQL, Python, or .NET; experience with UiPath or Blue Prism is an added advantage.
  • You thrive in fast‑paced, global, multi‑country environments, communicate fluently in written and spoken English, demonstrate strong problem‑solving and program management skills, and bring passion, integrity, and the ability to collaborate across diverse, multicultural teams.
