We work to international design standards and regulations, ensuring our contributions meet the highest benchmarks of quality and innovation.  At GDSC, you’ll be empowered to collaborate across borders, grow your expertise, and make a meaningful impact on infrastructure and development projects that shape communities worldwide.       Role Responsibilities: Demonstrate competency with implementing Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000/ Institute of Risk Management / Association of Project Management methodologies including but not limited to:   Initiating, developing, and implementing risk management processes.   Facilitating risk workshops as part of the overall delivery of the risk process.   Conducting regular risk reviews to maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current.  Undertaking Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis techniques.   Producing appropriate risk management reports to inform decision making.   Awareness of industry risk management tools such as: ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, Risk, Risk Predict!   An understanding of how risk management integrates with other Project Management and Project Controls disciplines including cost estimating, project planning and contract administration.   Implement effective risk management activities to actively reduce risk exposure and uncertainty on projects & programmes.   Support development and implementation of risk management approaches/systems for clients, incorporating best practice and procedures.   Facilitate workshops and engage with project teams to ensure the effective implementation of risk management.   Work closely with planners to understand delivery expectations, identify potential risks and link risks to schedule activities.        Requirements:  A recognised Engineering Degree or equivalent with a qualification in risk management is essential.  Experience in large engineering consultancy firms with specific experience across sectors like Infrastructure, Water, Transport, Energy, etc.  Awareness of Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000/ Institute of Risk Management / Association of Project Management methodologies and techniques.   Work experience 5-8 Years.      Location: Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Mumbai   To do well in this role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate the following:  Excellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skills.  Proven ability to remotely manage multiple complex projects and priorities effectively.   Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.   Self-motivated with aptitude for learning and motivated to take on new challenges.   An analytical thinker, you’ll also be able to show initiative and examples of creativity.   Ability to collaborate and build relationships across the wider teams.   Ability to Line Manage which includes mentoring a pool of resources      Flexible working At Mott MacDonald, we support our staff to create work-life balance which works for them and welcome candidates looking for career flexibility.
