Purpose
TheRevOpsAdoption& Enablement Analystis responsible forensuring Salesforce andRevOpsprocesses areunderstood, consistently applied, and effectively adoptedacross the business.
The role focuses onstabilisingand improving the as‑is, while preparing theorganisationfor future change by creating clear guidance, training, and communications grounded in how Salesforceactually supportsbusiness processes today.
This is abusiness enablement and adoption role, not a technical configuration, project delivery, or change management execution role.
There will be a requirement to align to other time zones as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce &RevOpsEnablement (As‑Is Focus)
Develop andmaintainclear, role‑based guidanceon how Salesforce andRevOpsprocesses are used in practice
Document “how the system works today” from a user perspective (including approved workarounds where relevant)
Translate complex processes intosimple, consumable materials(guides, visual flows, FAQs)
Training & Knowledge Management
Design and deliverregular, lightweight trainingaligned to user roles and responsibilities
Establish andmaintainacentralised, trusted source of enablement materials
Refresh training and guidance as processes or standards change
Reduce dependency on ad‑hoc, reactive support through proactive enablement
Partner with Learning and Development to make the materials available
Communications & Change Readiness
Support Salesforce andRevOpschanges throughclear,timelycommunications
Partner with Process & Governance and Roadmap roles to:
prepare users for upcoming changes
explain what is changing, why, and what it means for them
Ensure communications focus onpractical impact, not technical detail
Adoption Insight & Feedback Loops
Monitor and assessadoption, pain points, and common user issues
Use insights from:
support queries
training feedback
user engagement
to inform improvements to guidance, training, and future change planning
Act as the voice of the user inRevOpsdesign discussions
Collaboration AcrossRevOps
Work closely with:
Salesforce Process & Governance Analyst(to align guidance with standards and controls)
RevOpsLead(to reflect operating‑model decisions in enablement materials)
RevOpsRoadmap & Planning role(to support readiness for upcoming change)
Reinforce governance standards througheducation and clarity, not enforcement
This Role Does
Improve consistency, confidence, and understanding in Salesforce usage
Reduce avoidable support requests and user frustration
Support audit and controlobjectivesthrough clear guidance and repeatablebehaviour
Enable effective adoption of both current‑state and future‑state processes
This Role Does Not
Own Salesforce configuration or technical build
Act as a project or change delivery manager
Own process design oroperating‑model decisions
Replace formal training delivered by external partners orprogrammes(where applicable)
Skills & Experience
Essential
Experience working in aSalesforce‑enabled business environment
Strong ability to explain complex processessimply and clearly
Experience creating user guidance, training materials, or operational documentation
Confident engaging with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, andRevOps
Strong attention to detail and user empathy
Desirable
Experience supporting system or process adoption initiatives
Familiarity with Salesforce concepts and terminology (user‑level, not configuration)
Experience working with governance, audit, or regulated environments
Experience using tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar documentation platforms
