Position Summary


The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving the hotel’s financial performance through strategic pricing, forecasting, and inventory management. This role leverages data-driven insights to optimize revenue across all segments while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This position will play a key role in maximizing RevPar, market share, and overall profitability. 


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and overall profitability
  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in real-time based on demand fluctuations and market conditions
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Optimize business mix across transient, group, and wholesale segments, including group pricing and displacement analysis
  • Manage room inventory and distribution across all channels (brand.com, OTAs, GDS, wholesale)
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies and drive demand
  • Utilize revenue management systems and reporting tools to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with Hyatt systems, standards, and processes protected veteran status.
     

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management or a related analytical role
  • Experience in pre-opening hotels are preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Opera Cloud, Reserve) and STR reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
