Job Description – Senior Research Manager – Mixed Methods

Key Skills and Responsibilities (non-technical):

- Experienced market research professional with 10-12 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research fields across multiple categories and geographies.
- Skills to analyze and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data, turning complex research into clear, strategic recommendations
- Ability to strategically decode consumer needs, synthesizing complex ideas and communicating the same through the art of storytelling.
- Competence in stakeholder management and fostering collaboration across functions to arrive at actionable solutions in time bound projects.
- Leading primary research through interviews, usability testing, diary studies, ethnography, surveys, journey mapping, and prototype evaluations to uncover actionable user insights.
- Translating numbers and narratives into compelling stories that resonate with stakeholders.
- Guide the customer on the appropriate research strategy that addresses their business objectives.
- Design the discussion guide / questionnaire / research framework.
- Analyse the information and create insights / synthesize findings.
- Create reports in PowerPoint, Google Slides
- Design proposals / pitches for client studies.
- Be the key point of contact for the client.
- Manage the overall project end to end.
- Guiding junior researchers across qual and quant projects.
