We’re looking for a Research/Insights Manager to uncover deep consumer insights that shape product strategy and go-to-market impact.
You’ll turn data into bold, actionable narratives, guide brand positioning and planning, and craft sharp leadership-ready decks that connect insight to execution.
Role: Possess a deep toolkit of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with the expertise to select the most effective framework for any given business challenge.
Demonstrate mastery of the full research lifecycle, from initial problem framing and methodology selection to final measurement and implementation.
Exhibit strong strategic judgment, identifying when to leverage existing secondary data versus when to launch original primary research.
Maintain high levels of autonomy, prioritising and executing complex workloads independently while meeting well-defined research objectives.
Translate complex data into high-impact, actionable insights that shape brand positioning and annual marketing planning.
Integrate feedback from senior stakeholders effectively to refine research quality and ensure project alignment.
Combine analytical rigour with a creative approach to problem-solving to deliver solutions that address the team's most critical challenges.
You: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in end-to-end consumer insights research, specialising in hybrid qualitative/quantitative methodologies, go-to-market strategy, and translating complex data into high-impact narratives for executive leadership.
You possess a deep toolkit of research principles, tools, and measurement techniques, allowing you to frame complex problems and select the right approach.
Proficient understanding of how research directly contributes to broader marketing and business goals.
Experience in cross-project collaborations, proactively identifying user constraints and opportunities while working seamlessly across the entire research process from planning to execution.
Ensure that all strategic and tactical findings are of the highest calibre, leaving a demonstrable mark on the team’s success.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
