Our solutions help companies optimize inventory, labor, and logistics operations, enhancing sustainability and profitability. Innovation, customer success, and transforming supply chain challenges into competitive advantages are at the core of what we do.

Position Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking detail-oriented Renewal Analysts to support the execution of on-prem maintenance renewals and low-complexity SaaS renewals. This role focuses on transactional renewal execution, operational accuracy, and process adherence, supporting Blue Yonder's continued investment in renewal automation and scalable delivery models. Renewal Analysts will manage maintenance renewals and select low-complexity SaaS renewals, ensuring timely execution, clean system data, and compliance with Blue Yonder standards. As automation capabilities expand, this role will increasingly support queue-based renewal workflows, including amendments and exception handling that require manual intervention.

Primary Responsibilities:

Renewal Execution:

  • Execute assigned maintenance and low-complexity SaaS renewals in accordance with established processes and timelines.
  • Prepare and process renewal contracts, amendments, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve dependencies required to complete renewal transactions.
  • Ensure renewal documentation aligns with Blue Yonder standards and approval requirements.

Workflow & Queue Management:

  • Manage renewal work through defined queues, prioritizing tasks based on renewal dates and SLAs.
  • Support pooled renewal workflows as automation expands.
  • Adjust daily workload to support team coverage and peak renewal periods.

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Maintain data accuracy across renewal-related records, including:
    • Reviewing pending entitlements.
    • Validating renewal opportunities and contract records.
    • Ensuring completeness of customer and product information.
  • Identify and flag data inconsistencies or process gaps impacting renewal execution.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives, audits, and automation readiness efforts.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Update renewal status, outcomes, and close dates accurately in CRM systems.
  • Provide data to support internal reporting of renewal outcomes.
  • Follow Blue Yonder renewal of governance, documentation, and compliance standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to resolve renewal blockers.
  • Escalate non-standard scenarios following defined guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to renewal operations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in renewals, contract administration, sales operations, or customer operations.
  • Experience supporting process-driven, transactional workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadline-driven work.
  • Comfort working in a queue-based or shared-work environment.
  • Experience supporting global teams and customers across time zones and working within established SLAs.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting on-prem maintenance or technology renewals.
  • Exposure to SaaS or licensing models.
  • Experience with data quality or operational support initiatives.
