Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating brand guidelines for each WBL brand, covering aspects such as logo usage, color palettes, typography, imagery style, and tone of voice, while also managing rebranding projects for new LLCs, including logo design, visual identity systems, and brand implementation; Create social media content for both organic and paid campaigns, develop assets for email and SMS campaigns such as headers, banners, CTAs, and templates, and produce marketing materials including one-pagers, brochures, case studies, infographics, and sales enablement resources; Create presentation decks and improve existing PowerPoint slides by incorporating professional images and layouts; Develop innovative concepts for multi-channel campaigns including paid search, social media, email, and events, while designing A/B test variations for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns; Oversee and maintain the creative asset library for all brands, including templates, logos, images, and fonts, to guarantee easy access for the team and partners; Develop toolkits such as co-branded rate sheets, flyers, email templates, and social media graphics; Create event materials including booth graphics, signage, and promotional items for conferences and broker events; Maintain brand consistency across all customer interactions, including the website, application forms, customer portal, and loan documents; Ensure all creative assets comply with brand guidelines as well as legal and compliance standards; Partner with Marketing Intelligence Analyst and Data Scientist to incorporate performance insights into creative iterations.

Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
Required Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or marketing design positions; A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple channels, including social media, email, web, and print; Experience in supporting brand guidelines and managing visual identity systems; Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of creative work under tight deadlines; In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content; Experience designing email campaigns with an understanding of email design constraints such as mobile responsiveness and image-to-text ratios; Ability to simplify complex financial products into clear, visually engaging messaging; Experience collaborating with brand compliance and legal review processes.
Required Background / Industry Experience: Background in financial services, lending, or B2B marketing; Experience working within multi-brand environments or agency settings; Experience in creating data visualizations or infographics to effectively communicate performance metrics.
Knowledge of design principles focused on conversion optimization (including CTA placement, visual hierarchy, etc.
); Understanding of user experience (UX) principles for landing pages and enhancing conversion rates; Familiarity with website builders (such as WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow) for making minor design updates.
Key Soft Skills: Capable of working autonomously with little supervision while handling multiple projects at the same time; Excellent attention to detail and dedication to maintaining brand consistency.
Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Canva and Figma; Basic video editing skills and experience using motion graphics or animation software (such as After Effects, Lottie, etc.
); Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign preferred); Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms.
