  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery maturity and operational excellence


  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration


Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with 2+ years in a program-level leadership role


  • Strong understanding of SAFe framework and enterprise-scale Agile execution


  • Experience managing complex digital programs with multiple cross-functional teams


  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills


  • SAFe RTE certification preferred
