Join Digital Document Services in the Corporate Investment Bank to deliver client-focused transaction management and document expertise while driving process improvements.



As a Document Management Specialist within Digital Document Services, you provide operational support across transaction management activities for Corporate Investment Bank clients. You act as a subject matter expert, resolving client inquiries and exceptions while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time. You also help strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement through process optimization and automation.


Job Responsibilities


  • Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner while meeting quality and accuracy standards.
  • Ensure end-to-end transaction management activities are completed on time, including follow-ups and closure of open items.
  • Resolve exceptions and client inquiries by investigating issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting outcomes.
  • Innovate by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Manage assigned work independently with minimal supervision and strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Perform daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities when required.
  • Maintain a control mindset by proactively identifying issues and escalating risks with potential impact to process or the organization.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 2+ years of banking experience with knowledge of financial services products and processes and strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of legal language to interpret documents and assess impact to the Firm
  • Flexibility to work US hours with high attention to detail, strong client focus, and a control/risk mindset


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Experience in middle office or back office operations
  • Experience supporting transaction management workflows and resolving operational exceptions
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting and remediation activities in an operations environment
  • Experience contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives
