  • Review existing documentation in internal repositories to support onboarding and maintenance requests.
  • Index and retrieve documentation within JPMorganChase repositories and maintain accurate document metadata and filing discipline.
  • Monitor shared mailboxes and Deal Manager/Navigator queues, track approvals/deferred items, and escalate aged or blocked requests.

  • Produce MIS/KPI reporting on volumes, turnaround times, and service delivery, and implement process improvements to enhance DDS effectiveness and controls.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, documentation processing, or client onboarding within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of banking documentation requirements, KYC/AML regulations, authentication controls (including signature verification), and account opening procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong attention to detail, time management, and written/verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Experience supporting APAC onboarding with awareness of regional regulatory requirements
  • Background in Wholesale Payments or Treasury Services documentation and legal agreement processes
  • Experience with document/workflow tools and repositories (e.g., Deal Manager, Navigator, CAPTIS) and legal template/version control management
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement and process optimization capability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
