Lead Market Information and pricing controls to ensure accurate, timely equity instrument pricing and operational SLA performance.



As an Equities Operations MI & Pricing Team Lead within Equities Operations – Market Information & Pricing, you drive daily market data completeness and automated pricing to support accurate downstream processing and controls. You monitor price grab completion, investigate and remediate missing prices, perform reconciliations, and ensure checklists, metrics, and EOD sign-offs are completed on time. You partner closely with Middle Office, Trade Support, and Settlements, escalating issues as needed while continuously improving data quality and process execution.


Job Responsibilities


  • Monitor price grab completion and ensure established SLAs are consistently met.
  • Investigate missing prices using Bloomberg and Reuters and implement timely fixes.
  • Update and modify Market Information data based on internal client-initiated changes and project requests.
  • Ensure auto-pricing is enabled and functioning across applicable instruments and workflows.
  • Complete daily reconciliation checks, validate exceptions, and drive resolution to closure.
  • Coordinate special projects such as data clean-up initiatives and process improvements.
  • Proactively manage issue and query mailboxes, escalate risks promptly, and maintain SOPs, issue logs, and project trackers.


Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • 3+ years of experience in the financial industry with exposure to operational controls and data quality processes
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with strong working knowledge of internet-based technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and disciplined execution in a dynamic environment


Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities


  • Experience supporting equities operations, market data, pricing, or instrument reference data processes
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters for market data research and validation
  • Demonstrated ability to lead day-to-day execution, manage stakeholder expectations, and build effective working relationships
  • Understanding of trade flow and operational systems from front-to-back processing and controls perspective
