We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.



As a Recruiting Operations Manager – Global Programs, your role would be to shape an exceptional intern experience from first touch to day one. Many of your stakeholders are based in Europe—primarily in Germany—so you’re comfortable coordinating across time zones and cultures. In this role, you’ll own the delivery of our UPGRADE Internship Program—partnering with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, AIESEC, and international candidates to ensure a fast, compliant, and world-class process.



Your tasks:



  • Pre-attraction & enablement: Promote the Program internally, brief stakeholders, and align hiring teams on timelines and expectations
  • Attraction & posting: Finalize role specs with HM/HRBP, publish on specific platform, and maintain accurate tracking and documentation
  • Selection coordination: Prescreen, shortlist, share profiles, manage statuses, and communicate outcomes professionally
  • Offer & compliance: Trigger offer steps, request required documents, and keep audit-ready records
  • Work permit/visa & preboarding: Coordinate submissions with AIESEC/legal, confirm approvals and addresses, and send clear prearrival instructions
  • Stakeholder management: Keep hiring teams informed; align start dates and handover to HR for onboarding

Your profile:



  • Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition/HR Operations, campus or early career hiring (AIESEC/EXPA exposure is a plus)
  • Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and comfort working across time zones.
  • Clear, professional English communication; German language skills is a plus
  • Service mindset, data discipline (tracking, status updates, documentation), and the ability to simplify complex processes
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling candidate data and compliance
