Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience at Weatherford. This role plays a critical part in managing recruitment operations, coordinating interviews and meetings, supporting hiring activities, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and processes.


The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, time zones, and calendars. 
  • Ensure candidates receive a professional and positive recruitment experience throughout the process. 
  • Manage interview logistics including calendar invitations, meeting links, room bookings, and assessment coordination. 
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Prepare and manage offer documentation and employment-related paperwork. 
  • Coordinate reference checks and ensure completion prior to onboarding stages.
  • Transcribe interview notes, meeting discussions, and recruitment-related documentation when required. 
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports, trackers, and status updates.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, recruitment operations, HR administration, or similar support role. 
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and scheduling tools. 
  • Strong experience in working with MS Office365 including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
