What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR analytics, or talent acquisition Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) Understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring funnels
Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and legal standards Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or improvements Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation
Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, social media, events) Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Manage candidate communication and engagement
