For instance:
The Reconciliation & Proofing Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Support Global Reconciliation Utility (GRU) with Business Office and Program Management Office responsibilities.
Manage updates in the Project Tracking System (PTS) for the organization’s projects, including project status, accomplishments, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Work with Project Managers (PMs) across the organization to ensure updates meet the minimum requirements established by the PMO and are completed in a timely manner.
Review updates received from PMs for adequacy and completeness and appropriately challenge where required.
Contribute to and assist with reporting related to the organization’s budget, headcount, open roles, and project allocation.
Coordinate yearly demand and required resourcing with sponsors and program managers, including submission of Investment Requests and follow-through until approval.
Manage end-to-end financials across GRU, including monthly headcount reports showing process alignment, annual fully loaded costs, CTB vs. RTB splits, and other ad hoc views as required.
Contribute to and assist with regular reporting and preparation of presentations and decks for various stakeholder and partner updates, meetings, and steering committees.
Work across the organization to ensure all reporting and required submissions are completed in a timely manner.
Proactively identify and address issues, escalate as needed, and propose process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Collaborate with the enterprise PMO/CAO office to coordinate open questions, follow-ups, and status updates.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how project leadership functions collectively to contribute to the achievement of business goals.
