About the Role

Synechron is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications that deliver seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver solutions that support business goals and continuous technology improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React.js and Node.js
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver innovative features and functionality
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering standards
  • Stay current with emerging web technologies and recommend best practices and tools for adoption
  • Support the definition of technical solutions aligned with business requirements and user needs
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development with strong focus on React.js and Node.js
  • Proven experience building scalable, responsive web applications for desktop and mobile platforms
  • Strong experience working in cross‑functional Agile teams
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines
Technical SkillsMust Have
  • React.js (advanced)
  • JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Node.js
  • Version control: Git, GitHub
  • Testing frameworks: Jest, Mocha
Good to Have
  • State management: Redux
  • API integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL
  • Web technologies: HTML5, CSS3
  • TypeScript
  • UI libraries: Material UI, Bootstrap
  • CI/CD tools and pipelines
  • Understanding of web security best practices
Development Tools & Methodologies
  • Agile / Scrum development practices
  • Version control and collaborative development workflows
  • Automated testing and quality assurance practices
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js, ensuring responsive design
  • Implement server-side functionality using Node.js and integrate with APIs
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with design teams to translate UX/UI designs into functional applications
  • Conduct peer code reviews and support team quality goals
  • Diagnose and resolve application issues and optimize performance
  • Contribute to technical documentation and engineering standards
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications in React, Node.js, or web development technologies are a plus
