The Program Manager, Value Realization is responsible for optimizing and accelerating the end-to-end flow of value—from initial ideas through to measurable customer outcomes.
This role plays a critical part in aligning initiatives with enterprise goals, driving delivery against measurable success KPIs, and ensuring strong engagement across both business and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader, an exceptional communicator, and a skilled navigator of complex, cross-functional environments. This individual will act as a change agent, supporting organizational and cultural transformation while guiding teams toward greater alignment and execution excellence.

Hybrid working
We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
