Meet the Team
FIC Analytics Technology sits within Millennium’s Information Technology organization, a function that is core to the health and growth of the firm. The team supports a flexible, scalable technology environment and advanced proprietary systems, with a focus on analytics capabilities that help the business solve complex problems through technology and data-driven innovation.
What You'll Do
• Build, maintain, and enhance Millennium’s in-house quantitative pricing and risk library in C++
• Support the integration of the library into upstream applications and broader technology workflows
• Strengthen the ecosystem around the library by partnering with users and collaborating across teams within the firm
• Gather user requirements and translate them into scalable, practical technical solutions
• Provide ongoing user support to drive effective adoption and usage of the platform
• Promote C++ coding standards, design best practices, and maintainable engineering patterns
• Contribute to the next generation of price and risk analytics capabilities in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus
• 2+ years of professional experience in C++ development
• Strong hands-on experience with modern C++, including C++17, C++20, or later standards
• Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Proven ability to write efficient, high-performance, production-quality code
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
• Experience with pricing or risk analytics libraries, cross-platform C++ development across Windows and Linux, or knowledge of financial instruments is a plus
