Establish and enforce project-specific Quality Control plans, procedures, and standards aligned with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.

Ensure timely witnessing and approval of critical tests and inspections.
Establish systems for vendor qualification, material inspection, and supplier quality assurance.
Review Material Inspection Reports (MIRs), test certificates, and compliance documents.
Address vendor quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Lead the NCR management process, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor trends in non-conformances and drive systemic improvements to eliminate repeat issues.
Act as the primary quality interface with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
Lead and manage client audits, internal audits, and external certification audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and continuous compliance.
Ensure accurate and complete quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and final quality dossiers.
Oversee preparation and submission of as-built documentation and project handover records.
Lead, mentor, and develop QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and site quality teams.
Conduct performance reviews and ensure competency development through training and knowledge sharing.
Identify quality risks early and implement preventive measures across project lifecycles.
Drive lessons-learned initiatives, process optimization, and best-practice implementation.
Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to minimize rework and improve efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) (Master’s preferred).
15–24 years of progressive experience in quality management within EPC, infrastructure, power, or renewable energy projects.
Strong exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
