About the Role 

We are seeking aQuality Engineer Leadto support the delivery of high-quality software through effective testing, automation, and collaboration. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with opportunities to guide improvements in quality practices and processes.

We welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about improving software quality and working collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and executeautomated and performance tests

  
  
  

• Build andmaintaintest automation frameworks, including tools such as Playwright

  
  
  

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards

  
  
  

• Identify, document, and help resolve defects, including supportingroot cause analysis

  
  
  

• Contribute to improvingtesting processes, tools, and methodologies

  
  
  

• Configure andmaintaintesting environments and tools

  
  
  

• Support planning and execution of testing activities across projects

  
  
  

• Monitor and report testing progress, results, and risks

  
  
  

• Participate in initiatives to enhancequality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes

  
  
  

• Stay informed about evolving testing tools and industry practices

  
  
  

Requirements: 

• Experiencewithtest automation and Playwright

  
  
  

• Understanding ofsoftware testing practices and quality assurance approaches

  
  
  

• Experience conductingfunctional, automated, or performance testing

  
  
  

• Familiarity withsoftware development processes

  
  
  

• Ability to analyze issues and contribute toroot cause identification
