Job Summary

Incumbent should be having minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control Department with prior experience in fabrication industries only in shop-floor Quality Control.




Job Responsibilities
  • Candidate should be well versed with QA systems & procedures.
  • Check & Inspect the product quality is within the parameters or not of Fabricated items produced
  • Responsible for Quality Audit
  • Corrective & Preventive action
  • Effectively troubleshoot quality issues at the shop floor level
  • Able to give training to the QA staff & engineers in his team.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot concerns of internal customers with respect to QA issues.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts.


Candidate Requirements
  • Age Range: below 25 years
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control Department with prior experience in fabrication industries only in shop-floor Quality Control
  • Working knowledge of ASTM,AWS,ASME, API Standards
  • NDT Certification on PT, UT, MPI, RT
  • Know how of ISO: 9000 Quality Management Systems
  • Experienced in Handling Mechanical Laboratory
  • Well versed with MS Office
  • Strong Leadership & Interpersonal Skills, Good communication skills, Go-getter attitude, People Management and good at coordination.


Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
