The project:

Rising in the heart of Pune’s commercial district, this high‑rise commercial development brings together global expertise and local ambition. Designed to set new benchmarks in sustainability, resilience and modern workplace experience, it reflects a bold vision for the city’s future and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and communities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the commercial management of subcontract packages, ensuring delivery against programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Support procurement activities, contributing to the selection and management of subcontractors and materials.
• Administer client and subcontract changes, working closely with the commercial team to maintain project integrity.
• Analyse risks and opportunities, feeding into reporting and supporting mitigation to protect project margins.
• Collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, fostering strong relationships across stakeholders.
• Embed sustainability by proactively managing carbon impacts and supporting Mace’s net zero transition.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 8-10 years experience.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
