Conduct API validations to ensure the dependability of service integrations.
Assess LLM outputs by detecting hallucinations and verifying response accuracy.
Validate “self-healing” and agentic workflows to prevent any unintended behaviors.
Create test cases for comprehensive end-to-end system validation and regression testing.
Work closely with engineering teams to maintain quality across all releases.
Identify defects, monitor issues, and guarantee their prompt resolution.
