The project:

This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Deliver elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget.
• Lead internal and external audits, producing clear reports and guiding certification achievements.
• Analyse non-conformance issues, recommend corrective actions, and drive long-term preventative measures.
• Review and improve management systems, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide leadership through training, supplier performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
• Champion sustainability, supporting the transition to net zero carbon in project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
