Job description

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead the quality assurance function for Salesforce CRM applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing , with hands-on experience in Selenium and Playwright .
The role requires experience in API, Functional, and Regression Testing , along with proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
Prior experience testing Salesforce CRM applications is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the QA team while driving quality across Salesforce CRM applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium and Playwright .
Plan and execute Manual, Functional, Regression, API, Integration, and End-to-End Testing .
Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for complex applications.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality releases.
Identify, log, track, and resolve defects using defect management tools.
Ensure test automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines and improve overall test coverage.
Monitor QA metrics and provide regular quality reports to stakeholders.
