Job Summary


Synechron is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Automation Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives during software development, testing, and product rollout processes. This role involves designing and executing automated test suites, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test automation, software quality assurance best practices, and effective communication skills to collaborate across teams, delivering reliable and high-quality software solutions.


Software Requirements



Required:


  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG.


  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation development.


  • Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools like JIRA or ALM.


  • Experience in designing, executing, and maintaining regression and functional test suites within Agile projects.


  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.


  • Knowledge of automation frameworks, continuous integration (CI) tools, and version control systems.



Preferred:


  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, TeamCity).
